Regency metalwork reticule, circa 1810 – a rare and elegant pink moiré grosgrain evening bag, richly hand-embroidered on the front with metallic silver and gold threads, beads, and spangles. The design features foliate swags suspended from a delicate bow, framed by gilt metallic braid along the edges.

This antique drawstring purse is finished with a gold twisted cord and a gold tassel on each side, adding to its refined silhouette. The interior is lined with cream silk, and the bag shows only minor dust-soiling in a few small areas—remarkable for its age.
